What to Expect in Your Massage Session

You should shower before you arrive or you may use the shower available at Nancy’s studio.  

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that won’t be affected by lotions or oils if you elect not to shower after your massage.

When you arrive you will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form, which allows Nancy to better serve your needs. As Nancy’s desire is to provide the best service to her clients, she will prepare a treatment plan for your session and provide your bodywork in a safe and comfortable manner. Returning clients will update their information as needed.

After completing the form and a brief interview, Nancy will leave the room allowing you to undress and lie on the table under the drape. Feel free to undress to your comfort level.

Nancy’s bodywork is strictly therapeutic.

Following your massage, be sure to drink plenty of water to help flush your body of toxins that are naturally released by the manipulation of body tissues.
